Clients must cancel by phone or email the day prior to their scheduled appointment in order to not be charged the cancellation fee of 50 % of the regular price of their scheduled services. As a courtesy to our clients, if they can not make it to their appointment and were unable to call the day before, we allow you until the end of the business day to call to reschedule without being charged a cancellation fee.
Gift Certificates and Retail Products are non-refundable. However, you may have a spa credit for unused retail products. |
